Engage Application Forms

Engage team members must be 18 or over. (For more information about the 16-18 WYnet team to Togo, please email Stephen at wynet_uk@wycliffe.org)

1. Print off the application documents (click link at bottom to download). Read the Small Print section first.

2. Complete the application form and post it to us together with two passport photos, a photocopy of the photo page from your passport and a £65 deposit. Please make cheques payable to Wycliffe UK.

3. Pass on the reference forms to your referees. We must receive your reference forms before we can invite you to the orientation weekend.

4. Await an invitation to the orientation weekend (16-18 April at the Wycliffe Centre, Horsleys Green, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP14 3XL) and then confirm that you can come. Your £65 deposit covers the cost of this weekend.

5. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements for this weekend. Once you have made your arrangements, please email us (lynda_ranson@wycliffe.org) with details of how you are travelling and what time you will arrive. You should aim to arrive at the centre by 6pm on the 16th.

5. Approximately 2 weeks before the orientation weekend we will send you a detailed preparation pack telling you all you need to know and do to get ready for your Engage trip.

6. During the orientation weekend we will confirm whether we can offer you a place on the programme (this is provisional and subject to medical clearance).
