WYnet
13s-18s getting excited about Bible translation
WYnet is the youth mobilisation department of Wycliffe UK and together with churches exists to help young people get excited about and involved in mission especially the Bible translation movement.
WYnet works with youth leaders, entire youth groups and young people individually, doing a huge variety of things from youth group meetings to conferences and trips out to Africa in the summer.
Our dream is that this generation will be the most passionate pray-ers, the most generous givers and the most excited goers - to share the gospel and share the news that every person deserves a Bible that they can understand. That is what Vision 2025 is all about, getting the Bible to people who don't have it in a language they can understand.
In July this year, a team made up of 16-18 year
olds and 3 WYnet Leaders, will visit Togo (west Africa) on a 3-week overseas team experience, engaging with local church and community... living and giving God’s story.
