Our mission partners do not receive a salary but instead raise financial support from churches, family, and friends. This approach is common in the mission sector, as it allows supporters to play an active role in God’s work across the globe. Financial partnership also deepens prayer for the mission.

Around the world, our mission partners know they are not alone, but upheld by a dedicated team of supporters.
The process of raising financial, prayer, and practical support may seem daunting at first. However, many of our mission partners have shared how it has strengthened their faith as they have seen God’s provision through the generosity of others. They have been amazed at how people, including those they barely knew, were moved to give. Moreover, in times of economic uncertainty, they have found security in having a team of supporters rather than relying on one employer.
We work with our mission partners to set a budget that can enable them to live well, save for the future, buy a home, and plan for retirement. Serving in mission won’t make you a millionaire, but neither is it a commitment to poverty. Rather, the Bible says ‘a worker is worthy of his wages.’ (I Timothy 5:18). We’ll provide training, resources and coaching support to help you.
