Great news! The Google account migration is now complete.

You can log in from Monday 24 March, using the new password that was emailed to you on 6 March.

We have been experiencing technical difficulties, and also some users do not have access to their new password.

For help with anything related to the migration we ask that you view this FAQ document to see if your question has been answered there.

If you still have challenges and/or cannot log in following that, please contact the IT Helpdesk (ithelpdesk@wycliffe.org.uk) via your personal email. When contacting them, please describe the issue you’re facing. If you include your mobile phone number in your email, we can add it to your account to facilitate an easier login process.
