#DobelNewTestament

Unlocking hope for the Dobel people

For over 100 years, the Dobel people of Indonesia have had churches – but never a New Testament in their own language. Until now.

Thanks to years of faithful work by the local translation team, the Dobel New Testament is ready. It’s been checked. It’s been prepared. And it’s been unlocked.

Now, it just needs the funds for printing and shipping.

Imagine holding the Bible in your hands for the very first time, in the language of your heart. Imagine the joy of the Dobel community.

And you can be part of it.

It costs just £6 to place a New Testament in the hands of someone like Yoke – a local translator whose life was changed through reading early drafts of the Dobel Scriptures.

Today, she longs to see her whole community experience the same transformation.

Together, we’re raising £30,000 to fund the printing and shipping of 5,000 copies of the Dobel New Testament.

Will you help bring the Scriptures to life for the Dobel people?

£6. One New Testament. One transformed life.

Please give what you can today – and help share God’s word with a community that has waited for generations.
