Cameron is passionate about connecting supporters of Wycliffe with the impact their giving and praying is having all around the world.
Cameron says: ‘I listen to my audio Bible every morning whilst getting ready for my day, but I know so many people still don’t have access to the Bible in a language that they fully understand. Without God’s word and guidance I would be lost and so it is important to me that all people have the opportunity to know Jesus through the Bible in a language that speaks to them best.’
Cameron joined Wycliffe in 2024, having worked in Customer Services for a number of years prior, alongside voluntary roles at her local Church. She moved to Oxford, with her husband Matthew, to start her role at Wycliffe, where she is able to use her previous experience of helping customers alongside her passion to see lives transformed across the world through the Bible.
Her favourite part of her job is speaking to supporters on the phone, learning through their experiences, and being inspired by their zeal for the work of Bible translation.
